All products that are purchased through Benjipet.com are of the highest quality. Our quality control team ensures that all products that leaves our shop are in good condition, and we also confirm the expiration dates for all food items.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
Our Quality Control Team will try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In a rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please contact us to arrange for a suitable replacement.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT NOW?
Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular may, from time to time, run out of stock. Please leave us your contact details, and we will arrange to send you the product once the stock is replenished.
CAN I PLACE AN ITEM ON HOLD FOR PURCHASE AT A LATER DATE?
Sorry, but we do accept reservations. We require payment confirmation to complete the sale process.
WHAT IF YOU DON'T CARRY A PRODUCT OR BRAND THAT I LIKE?
We carry a comprehensive range of products, and you would find all popular brands at our store. We continually source for new products and add brands to our collection. We welcome your suggestions if we do not currently stock your preferred brand/product and we may explore the possibility of carrying them in the future. HOW DO I START A NEW ACCOUNT?
Please click on ?My account?, which is located on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find ?New buyers? on the left hand side. Click create a new account and fill in your details as requested before clicking ?Submit?. Registration should now be completed and you should receive a confirmation e-mail to the email address you registered with.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?
Please click on the ?My Account? tab on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be prompted to your account details. Scroll down to find your account information as well as ?Edit? next to ?Contact Information?. Click on ?Edit?, then change your details as needed, followed by clicking on the ?save? button to ensure your details have been saved.

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains an order tracking number within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY?
Benjipet.com provides FREE island-wide delivery to your doorstep for any purchase above $100.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Delivery usually takes place between 3 - 5 working days for in-stock items. We will contact you within 48 hours to make the necessary arrangements for your items to be delivered to you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Yes. This is necessary as a security measure. You may authorise a member of your household to receive your orders on your behalf. Note that paw prints are not currently accepted.
WHAT IF THERE IS NO ONE AT HOME/AT THE OFFICE WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?
We will contact you prior to the actual delivery. We understand that something may have cropped up at our agreed delivery time, however, to ensure that your orders remain fresh, especially for edible products, please inform soonest us to make the necessary logistics arrangements.
ARE THERE PLACES WITHIN THE COUNTRY THAT YOU DO NOT DELIVER TO?
We strive to reach the farthest corners of the island, but due to security restrictions, we may not able to deliver to places of worship, military installations, Jurong Island and other outlaying islands.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a Singapore address.
